Agreement on Friendship and Exchange with Michishi Village

　Yokohama City and Michishi Village have been connected with solid bonds through water since they started taking water from the Doshi River in 1897. In the meantime, Yokohama City has been an international port city, and Michishi Village, a water source town, has been engaged in various exchanges while respecting each other's climate and regional characteristics as a town of greenery and clear streams.
　In the 21st century, which is said to be the era of the environment, Ryoichimura will deepen mutual understanding and friendship, strive to revitalize the region, contribute to each other's prosperity and happiness, and engage in friendship exchanges for a long time in the future. To go, conclude an agreement on the following matters:

1. Both Ichimura will promote active exchanges between citizens and villagers, and strive to ensure sustainable friendship exchanges.
2. Ryoichimura will cooperate in various fields such as the environment, economy, tourism, culture, sports, and strive to revitalize the region.
3. Both Ichimura strives to bring each other's prosperity and happiness through mutual understanding.
