  1. Strengthen response to COVID-19 infection
    (1) In order to strengthen the system for public health centers related to COVID-19 infection, increase the number of employees at public health centers branch offices (Health and Welfare Division) by 15.
    (2) At the time of expansion of the COVID-19 infection, in addition to the support of staff within the ward office, the bureau also provided staff support to the ward (inter-to-ward support).
  2. Development of functions for “Children's Family Support Base”
    In order to provide support to elementary school student, which has been under the jurisdiction of the children's guidance office, and to enhance the response to consultations from children and families, the Children and Families Support Division established a comprehensive support center for children and families. At the same time, full-time chiefs and specialists are assigned to Children and Families Support Division.

2022
