Implementation Guidelines for Information Sharing System for Civil Engineering in Yokohama City (February 2025)
Applicable to construction contracts for which contracts have been concluded for invitation (public notice, nomination notice and estimate notice) for applications for contracts made after March 26, 2025, and construction for which completion inspections are performed after April 1, 2025. .
Implementation Guidelines for Information Sharing System for Civil Engineering in Yokohama City (March 2023)
Applicable to construction contracts for which contracts have been concluded for invitation (public notice, nomination notice and estimate notice) for applications for contracts made after April 1, 2023.
Target construction report
The construction report targeted by the information sharing system will be the construction meeting book. Construction reports other than the construction meeting book are also valid by attaching them to the construction meeting book. It shall be decided by the orderer consultation referring to the list of construction-related documents (civil engineering work).
