For details on the Tsurumi River Basin Water Master Plan, which was formulated on August 2, 2004, please contact the Keihin River Office of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism. The five basins in Yokohama (Tsurumi Ward, Kohoku Ward, Midori Ward, Tsuzuki Ward and Aoba Ward) have collaborated to compile a basin concept and submit it to the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism as a proposal to the Water Master Plan.
