The inhabitant of a ward meeting is a place for mutual discussion between citizens, in which the inhabitants of the ward voluntarily and independently organize and operate, "I want to improve their town with their own hands." The committee consists of members of the Neighborhood Association recommendation, group recommendation and public recruitment.
