About management fee such as rainwater regulating ponds, is there any assistance from city?
A
There is no assistance from management fee from Yokohama City. Expenses related to management of rainwater regulating ponds, etc. are to be borne by the owner in the "Agreement on Management of Facilities".
In addition, we conclude this agreement with owner and Mayor Yokohama after completion of facility about rainwater regulating pond established by "the regulations about adjustment of Yokohama-shi development business" Article 18 Clause 2 fifth .
