Target person

Women who live in the city and are over 40 years old and have no chance to consult at work or other places
※Including those who are eligible for the year.
※If you are undergoing treatment, you may not be able to see a doctor, so please consult your GP.
※If you have symptoms in the health check-up area, please consult a medical institution immediately instead of health check-up.

Number of consultations

Once every two years
※The fiscal year is the period from April 1 to March 31.

Inspection method

Mammography alone or mammography examination, visual examination
※A mammography examination is required, and visual examination is optional. It is possible to have a mammography test and a visual examination at a separate medical institution, but please note that you will not be able to have a visual examination after undergoing a mammography test.
(In addition, as of the shooting date, mammography will be taken in two directions for those in their 40s and one direction for those over 50 years old.)

Mammography testing only: 680 yen
Mammography test + visual examination: 1,370 yen

Those who fall under the following are exempt from the burden of the examinee.
・70 years or older (Please show your age confirmation (such as a health insurance card) at health check-up)
・Those who are eligible for the Medical System for Elderly Senior Citizens (Please present your ID card for the Elderly Medical Care at health check-up)
・social security households (Please present your medical request certificate at health check-up on holidays, nighttime, etc.)
・Those who are eligible for the support payment system for Chinese residual Japanese, etc. (Please present your identity confirmation at the time of health check-up.)

If you wish to have a Yokohama-shi cancer screening, please make a reservation directly to the conducting medical institution saying "I want to have a Yokohama-shi cancer screening" and consult. In addition, there are no consultation tickets, so please bring identification documents such as an insurance card on the day of the consultation.
