I received a refund letter, what should I do if I can't go to get it?

In the case of a refund notice, you can pay at the counter if you bring all of the following to the person in charge listed in the notice.

・Power of Attorney * (regardless of paper)
・Identification documents (driver's license, health insurance card, etc.) of the delegated person
・private seal of the delegated person (not registered seal)

＊In the power of attorney, please specify the date of the delegation, the details of the delegation (e.g., "I will delegate the receipt of XX money to the next person"), the "Address", "Name" and "Seal" of the delegate, and the "Address", "Name" and "Relationship with the delegate" of the delegate.
