I hear that the sales of income certificate stamp have ended. How do you pay the commission?
Revenue certificate stamp discontinued sales on January 28, 2020, and changed the method of paying commissions.
Fees such as family register, resident certificate and tax will be paid by a dedicated payment machine installed at each counter. Other fees were transferred to Payment method in cash and payment form.
Unused income certificate stamp (except those with postmarks, defacement or damage) can be exchanged at City Hall Office of Accounting or at the Ward's Treasurer's Office of each ward office.
Depending on the amount of money, it may be transferred to the applicant's account, so please check in advance.

If you have difficulty coming, we will accept a refund by mail. For details, please refer to the related website “About Revenue certificate stamp” on this page.
Notes
Only "Yokohama City Revenue certificate stamp" can be exchanged in Yokohama City. Please check if your income certificate stamp is printed with "Yokohama City Revenue certificate stamp".
