Take the Sotetsu Line "Tsurugamine Station" (North Exit) Bus No. 9 and get off at "Yokohama Zoo" terminal stop.

From JR Yokohama Line Nakayama Station (South Exit) Bus No. 1, get off at the terminal stop for Yokohama Zoo.
