When we are going to perform development activity, setting of park based on the regulations about the Town Planning and Zoning Act and adjustment of Yokohama-shi development business and discussion of tree planting are necessary.

（１） When we perform development business, it is necessary to perform tree planting based on "the regulations about adjustment of Yokohama-shi development business".
（２） When conducting development activities of a certain size or larger, it is necessary to set up parks, preserve trees, and take measures in conservation on topsoil in accordance with the City Planning Act.
（３） About discussion of park related to development activity, city park which Yokohama-shi already manages is targeted. Please check if the park is adjacent to each other in advance.

（１） At first, please receive general guidance about related laws and ordinances and related organizations in Housing and Architecture Bureau residential land examination section (urbanization area), adjustment area section (urbanization adjustment area) or information consultation section (large-scale apartment house).
（２） Parks established by development activities, parks related to development activities, parks related to development activities, and preservation of trees, etc., will be handled by the Green Environment Bureau Parks and Green Space Management Division Park Greening Consultation Section.
（３） In consultation, please prepare materials and plan drawings related to the outline of development.
