I would like to know about the preferential treatment of the elderly in Municipal Housing
For elderly households who are in need of housing, we offer preferential rates from general applicants when recruiting Municipal Housing.
Households subject to preferential treatment for the elderly
"Elderly households" are households whose applicants are 60 years of age or older and consist of only "living together relatives who fall under any of the following 1-4" (single-person households are also acceptable).
1 Spouses (including fiancee, those who have a close relationship, etc.)
2 Those over 60 years old
3 Those under the age of 18
4 Persons with physical, intellectual and mental disabilities
