I'd like to have a pet cremation, what should I do?

Only Totsuka Saijo in the municipal saijo can cremate pets.

There are two types of pet cremation: individual cremation and joint cremation.
(1) Individual cremation
　Cremate one by one, put the bones in the urn and hand them over.
(2) Joint cremation
　Cremated with other pets, and bones cannot be handed over.

(1) Individual cremation
　You need to make a reservation in advance.
　Reservations will be accepted by phone between 8:45 and 17:00.
(2) Joint cremation
　If you bring it directly to Totsuka Saijo, you do not need to make a reservation in advance.
　The carry-in Reception hours is from 9 o'clock to 15 o'clock on the opening day of Totsuka Saijo.
　If you wish to collect business trips, please call the Resources and Waste Recycling Bureau office.
　Resources and Waste Recycling Bureau offices accept telephone calls between 8:00 and 16:45 except Sunday.

Less than 1kg 10,000 yen
1kg or more and less than 5kg 20,000 yen
5kg or more and less than 25kg 25,000 yen
25kg or more and less than 50kg 30,000 yen
(2) Joint cremation
3,000 yen brought directly to Totsuka Saijo
Business trip collection 6,500 yen
※Pets of 50kg or more cannot be cremated.

In the case of individual cremation, please bring it directly to Totsuka Saijo. There is no business trip collection.
In the case of joint cremation, you can choose to bring it directly to Totsuka Saijo or request a Resources and Waste Recycling Bureau trip collection.
