What kind of facility is Community Care Plaza? I would like to know about the opening days and usage fees.

The Community Care Plaza is a facility unique to Yokohama City that is engaged in various initiatives as a familiar welfare and health base so that everyone, including the elderly, children, and people with disabilities, can live in the community with peace of mind.

Functions of facilities

・Holding welfare and health events and events
We hold various types of events and events that are useful for daily life, such as gymnastics classes, dinner parties, and health lectures, so please feel free to participate. In addition, we can use multipurpose halls as place of welfare, health activity and interchange of local everybody and accept consultation of volunteer activity.

・Consultation and support on welfare and health (Local Elderly Care Management Center)
At the Community Care Plaza, welfare and health specialists are consulted free of charge. For those who cannot come to the Community Care Plaza, we also provide on-site consultation. If you have any concerns about yourself or your family, please contact us. For consultation, please contact us in advance by telephone.

・Welfare and health services
We provide a variety of welfare and health services that meet local needs, including the elderly day service (elderly day care) and services to support disabled people.
※The services provided are different at each community care plaza.

Opening hours

Monday through Saturday: From 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Sunday, public holidays: From 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
・Closed days Facility inspection days (once a month) and New Year's holidays (from December 29 to January 3)
　　　　
※From April 2023, after 6:00 pm from Monday to Saturday, the night opening and closing facility may be closed on days when there is no reservation in advance.

・During hours other than consultation hours, consultation telephones will be forwarded to the consultation dedicated call center to respond.
