Article 15 of the Consumer Affairs Committee Act states, "In performing his / her duties, the Consumer Affairs Committee shall respect the personality of the individual and protect the confidentiality of his / her personal information.…"The duty of confidentiality is clearly stipulated.
This is to build a relationship of trust with the consultant, and personal information obtained through the activities of the Consumer Affairs Committee cannot be provided to third parties in principle.
