When receiving a complaint consultation from citizens and their families using the welfare and health services of Yokohama City, the secretariat will first ask the counselor's story.
In addition, if the consent of the consultant is obtained, we will inform the service provider or ward office of the complaint and request of the consultant, listen to the situation, and request the consultant to respond.
In addition, explanation of system may guide jurisdiction section. In addition, we do not make adjustments until we enter and settle between the two parties, such as meeting or mediation for discussions.
