When making a petition, you must submit a petition, the welfare coordinator will listen directly to the interview, and if the committee determines that a survey is necessary to improve the service, investigate the service provider etc. I will do it.
In addition, since this committee is a third-party organization and is not enforceable, the petition may not be familiar depending on the situation of the consultant, such as when guidance, disposal, or prompt resolution is desired. .

Complaints, etc. that cannot be filed

・Those who have filed a complaint with the court or have filed an administrative complaint
・Matters related to medical care, etc.
・Those that require legal judgment (such as damages)
・Specialized judgments (such as social security's decision and disability grade recognition, children's guidance office's temporary protection decision, etc.)
・Those that have already been filed with the Committee and, in principle, those that have occurred more than one year ago.
