The pedometer of the Yokohama Walking Point Business has failed or lost. What should I do?
Please contact the Yokohama Walking Point Business Secretariat (0570-080-130).
In the event of a breakdown, we will ask you about the symptoms of the equipment and tell you how to respond. If the failure does not fix (outside the warranty period) or is lost, you can receive a reissue for a fee (4,240 yen). The secretariat will send you a payment form, which will be sent after payment is confirmed.
If you have a smartphone, please consider participating in the application (free).
※The time of the pedometer may be shifted after the battery is replaced. It will be corrected if you put it on a dedicated reader for sending steps.
