If you are recognized as "a person who needs continuous treatment and generates a large amount of medical expenses burden", there is an upper limit on the monthly co-payment to reduce the financial burden.
The range of "severe and continuous (high-cost treatment continuation)" is when one of the following 1-3 applies.
1 Households in which high medical costs, which is provided by employee health insurance, is subject to "many" (at least four times a year in high medical costs)
2 Those whose main mental illness falls under the following categories in the International ICD-10 Code of Illness Classification
・Organic mental disorders including F0 symptomatic (cerebral dysfunction such as dementia)
・F1 Mental and behavioral disorders due to the use of psychoactive substances (e.g., addiction)
・F2 Schizophrenia, Schizophrenia and delusional disorder
・F3 mood disorders (manic depression, depression, etc.)
・G40 epilepsy
3 A physician with more than 3 years of experience in psychiatric care is required continuously for planned and intensive outpatient care (including medical care for maintaining and preventing deterioration) for mental disorders with the following symptoms: Those who have been certified as those who have been diagnosed
・Disorders of emotions and behavior
・Anxiety and disturbance
