What should I do if someone wears the help mark?
A
Created by Tokyo Metropolitan Government to make it easier for people who need "help" or "consideration" even if they do not understand from their appearance to know that they need "consideration" It is a mark.
If you see someone wearing a help mark
Please give consideration to giving up a seat on a train or bus, or gently speaking if you see a person in need.
Distribution start time
It will be from October 2012 in Tokyo and from March 2017 in Kanagawa Prefecture.
Initiatives nationwide
Initiatives nationwide, such as Hokkaido, Chiba, Osaka, and Okinawa, are spreading.
