Pregnant women Health Checkups provides subsidies for medical examinations with the Health Checkups Pregnant Women's Aid (“Auxiliary Ticket”) given when the Mother and Child Health Handbook is issued. If the pregnant woman Health Checkups was charged, the following could be considered:
（１） Did you use an auxiliary ticket? If you receive a medical examination without using an auxiliary ticket, you will be responsible for the entire amount. Please tell the medical institution that you will use an auxiliary ticket in advance.
（２） Subject of assistance ： We have issued 14 auxiliary tickets that can be used for any medical checkup. One ticket can be used for one medical checkup, and the face value of the auxiliary ticket will be subsidized based on the total medical checkup cost. However, please note that you will not be able to use it if you are covered by insurance.
（３） Have you been consulted at a pregnant woman Health Checkups medical institution (city) or a pregnant woman Health Checkups contracted medical institution (outside the city)? If you want to use an auxiliary ticket, please use a medical institution that Yokohama City entrusts pregnant woman Health Checkups. If you do not have a contract, you will have to pay the entire amount. Even if you request a contract, some medical institutions may not be able to contract due to hospital policies, etc. Please be careful.
（４） Please use the subsidy system if you receive a medical examination at an uncontracted suburban medical institution or if you cannot use the auxiliary ticket because it is less than the face value of the auxiliary ticket.
