Legal consultation at the Kohoku Ward Office is provided as follows:

Every Wednesday and 1st and 3rd Thursday from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm / Reservation system
※However, August is only Wednesday, and there is no consultation day for Thursday.

Face-to-face consultation

Reservations will be accepted one week before the consultation date (if one week before is a holiday, the next open agency day).
Reservation by telephone: From 8:45 to 17:15 We accept at 045-540-2221-3.
Reservation at the counter ：From 8:45 to 17:00 We accept at ward office the first floor first window.
※We will give priority to Kohoku residents. There is a usage limit once every six months per person.
※Non-Kohoku residents will be accepted if there is a reservation available on the day of the implementation.

It is a public institution that provides legal counseling outside of the Kohoku Ward Office.
