Can Mobile Suica be used by Municipal Subway or Municipal Bus?

Municipal Subways can be used at ticket gates. (It cannot be used with PASMO compatible ticket vending machines or charge machines.)
On municipal buses, it can be used in the fare box. (You can also charge it.)
At the customer service center, municipal bus commuter pass sales office, and municipal bus sales office (Hodogaya, Wakabadai, Takigashira, Honmoku, Midori, Isogo), you can charge mobile Suica and purchase municipal bus commuter passes.
