Is there a discount for the disabled in the Senior Pass?

Senior Pass is positioned as a discount for the elderly on all-line commuter passes, and there is no discount for the disabled on senior passes.
Regular commuter passes (commuter commuter passes / school commuter passes) can be purchased at a 30% discount by presenting the certificate at the time of purchase.
