May I have a certificate of delay on the municipal bus?

The delay certificate is given by the crew in the car, regardless of the size of the delay time. The specific delay time will not be stated on the certificate, so please contact the sales office from the customer.
If the delay is more than 10 minutes, you can also publish it on the Transportation Bureau website.
