In order to improve the manners of garbage disposal, Resources and Waste Recycling Bureau distributes pamphlets, installs notices that describe the rules for garbage disposal to collection site (such as "Do not put out garbage on days other than the collection date and after collection"), and conducts publicity through collection vehicles.
