Disposal collection company collects small household appliances, can I put it out?

In order to collect small household appliances discharged from homes, they must be licensed by the general waste collection and transportation business or certified by the government based on the Small Home Appliance Recycling Law. Please do not ask a company that does not have permission to collect it. It may lead to trouble.
