Is there any impact on the surrounding environment, such as scattering of garbage, odor, dioxin, etc. in landfill?
In consideration of the impact on the surrounding environment, landfill has implemented the following environmental conservation measures.
Environmental Conservation Measures
(1)Measures against scattering and odors (disposal sites that have been landfilled): We cover more than 50cm of soil over the waste.
(2)Measures against scattering and odors (disposal sites under landfill): When transporting incinerated ash from an incineration plant, it is sufficiently humidified, and the dust collected ash is solidified with cement. In addition, fences to prevent scattering are installed around the disposal site.
(3)Treatment of leachate: Leaching water in the disposal site is discharged after treatment at a wastewater treatment facility.
Conduct environmental surveys
We conduct dioxins surveys of the atmosphere, wastewater, and groundwater (or seawater in the surrounding waters) and other environmental surveys.
