What is "Flameproof Goods"?

Flame retardant goods or their materials that have flame retardant performance.
Buildings that are subject to flameproofing, such as curtains and carpets, used in buildings subject to flameproofing regulations, are required to have flameproofing performance exceeding the standards stipulated by the Fire Services Act.
What is "Flameproof"?
"Flameproof" means "flammable" property.
Even if it comes in contact with a small fire source such as a match or lighter, it is not easy to ignite just by burning the exposed part, and it does not spread even if it ignites.
Indication of "Flameproof"
The display of "Flameproof" can be attached by a person registered by the Fire and Disaster Management Agency.
It is not generally sold.
If you do not know whether the curtain or carpet has flameproof performance, check with the manufacturer or seller of the curtain.
