As a result of the on-site inspection, I was instructed to submit an “improvement (plan) report”. What should I write about? Also, can I submit it by e-mail or fax?
If any of the items described in the notice of the results of on-site inspections, etc. are improved, state the date of improvement and its contents, and attach a photo or construction completion form as necessary.
If it has not been improved, please specify the expected date of improvement and the method of improvement. Also, if you have taken alternative measures until it is improved, please include the details.
If the improvement date has not yet been improved or if the improvement method is not specific, we will contact you again.
Improvement (plan) reports can be submitted by e-mail or fax. Firefighters may contact you back, so be sure to know the contact information of the person in charge.
