To commemorate the 80th anniversary of the Hodogaya Ward System in 2007, the hearts of 200,000 inhabitants became one and left for future generations, "My town, Hodogaya" written and composed by inhabitants of the ward was established in Hodogaya Ward's song.

A choir (Hodogaya Ward Song Choir) composed of inhabitants of the ward of the ward, "My Town, Hodogaya", which was established in 2007 to commemorate the 80th anniversary of the Hodogaya Ward System, appeared at events etc. We are doing popular activities.

As part of the 80th anniversary of the Hodogaya Ward System in 2007, we performed the ward song “My Town, Hodogaya” in Yokohama Minato Mirai Hall.
The song choir of Magaya Ward is a choir established in April 2008 to continue singing "My town, Hodogaya" based on its members.

It was born as a Bon dance version of the ward song established as a commemorative project for the 80th anniversary of the constituency system.
We have NPO corporation "meeting of cheerful local people" give a lecture on choreography of song ondo of ward. Let's remember and dance at festivals in Hodogaya!
