NO.1 Visited the company of “Tax Encouragement Award Winners”

In December of last year, we received a tax incentive award to Mr. Takeyoshi Yasusawa, director of the Hodogaya Tax Association, who has been cooperating with the promotion of tax administration in Motoichi for many years. At that time, I was invited by Kyodo Kogyo Co., Ltd. in Imaimachi, where Mr. Yasusawa served as chairman, and visited in mid-July, when the rainy season dawned.
I heard that I was beekeeping at the company, and I was interested in it, so I heard that I heard about it, but on the day I visited the factory in addition to the beekeeping experience, and many valuable stories I was able to ask. It was a day that was greatly stimulated by touching the honesty and at-home atmosphere of facing manufacturing. Thank you very much to President Yoshio Anzawa, Senior Managing Director Takeuchi, Hachi Division, and other employees who responded on the day during the busy schedule.

At the beginning, we spoke with President Yoshio Anzawa about the outline of the company.
At present, there are only about 20 companies nationwide, specializing in air conditioning-related blowouts and intakes and various dampers (smoke prevention equipment). The company's products are also used for air conditioning in stations, including municipal subways, and in buildings such as the new city hall, but most of them are custom-made.
The number of employees is about 60, and many young employees and technical intern trainees from abroad also work, and the skills of craftsmen are handed down. President Anzawa, who actively participates in the employees and communicates with each other, said, "It's fun to have various cultures."

By the way, about 10 years ago, the company's rooftop "beekeeping" was started by Director Yasusawa, thinking that "Imaimachi, which is rich in nature, can have bees."
The bees seem to be interesting just by looking at them because their work is splendidly divided around queen bees in the beautiful nestling box. The employees also said with a smile, "I can do a completely different job of beekeeping, which is officially recognized by all employees, so it will be a change of mind, and I am very happy to be able to harvest more than anything."
It is said that honeybees have many difficulties, such as difficulty in winter, but the hard work has been fruitful and this year is a good harvest. I also turned the separator and received honey immediately after harvesting.
The honey, made by a company rooted in the community, packed with the blessings of nature remaining in Imaimachi, was sweet, fresh, and very attractive.
