（２）　Those who have graduated from junior high school as of April 1, 2025
（３）　Those who do not fall under the grounds for disqualification regarding recruitment stipulated in Article 16 of the Local Public Service Act
　　Oh, a person who is sentenced to imprisonment or higher and is sentenced until the execution is completed or no longer received the execution.
　　A person who has received a disciplinary dismissal as a Yokohama City employee and has not passed two years from the date of the disposition.
　　(C) In the position of a member of the Human Resources Committee or Equity Committee, those who have committed crimes prescribed in Chapter 5 of the Local Public Service Act
　　(D) A person who has formed or joined a political party or other organization that claims to destroy the Constitution of Japan or the government enacted under it by violence after the date of enforcement of the Constitution of Japan
