Election Administration Commission

The Election Commission is an administrative committee established based on the Local Autonomy Law to ensure fair and proper execution of elections.

The schedule of the Hodogaya Ward Election Commission is as follows: (As of March 3, 2025)

・The date and time are subject to change, so if you would like to observe, please check in advance by telephone.
・In addition to the following, the event will be held separately.

Capacity: 4 people (If the capacity is exceeded, it will be a lottery.)
Reception: Please come to Election Administration Commission Secretariat (21st window on the second floor of the main building of the ward office) 30 minutes to 10 minutes before the start of the meeting.

※Depending on the bill to be discussed, it may be closed.
