Notifications related to family register regarding child birth, death, marriage, etc. are also accepted at the reception desk on holidays and nighttime when the ward office is closed.
The submitted registration form will be inspected at Family Registry Division at a later date and will contact you if there is a shortage of documents or if it is necessary to confirm the contents.
In addition, procedures related to transfer of Address, such as transfers and transfers, Seal Registration, resident registry cards, etc. cannot be handled.
Information on holiday and night reception desks (when coming from Hoshikawa Station on the Sotetsu Line)
Cross the traffic light in front of the ward office and turn right.
Go straight while looking at the ward office on your left.
After entering the underground parking lot, there is a "holiday / night reception desk" on the left.
