Currently, there are many suspicious calls, such as the Isogo Ward government office, city officials, bankers, etc., trying to obtain account numbers and personal information through refund procedures for insurance premiums, and directemployee health insurance ATMs to perform designated operations. Please be careful.
At the ward office,

• Refund procedures such as insurance premiums and taxes are always done in writing, not by telephone.
• We will never ask you to contact telephones other than the ward office (phones outside Yokohama, toll-free numbers starting with 0120, mobile phones, etc.).
• We will never ask you to go to a place other than the ward office window, such as an ATM, to receive a refund or apply.

If you receive a suspicious call, please call 110 immediately.
