On Wednesday, October 28, we held a “Norovirus and rice cake making Food Poisoning Prevention Course” for those who provide meals at local festivals and events, volunteer meals in the community, and those who are interested in food poisoning prevention.
In the course, he explained "characteristics of norovirus", "prevention of food poisoning caused by norovirus", and "Notes when making rice cakes in the area". .
