Everyone's popular Isoppi went beyond the boundaries of the Isogo Festival and became the mascot character of Isogo Ward.
It will continue to appear in various places in the area, so if you see it, be sure to say "Isoppi!"
When using Isoppi's design, please read 
the Isogo Ward mascot character "Isoppi" guidelines (PDF: 256KB) carefully and submit the application form (word: 39KB)
to Isogo Ward Office Regional Promotion Division (6th floor, 3rd window).
