Last updated on April 4, 2023.
What is an oral frail?
Oral flail is the accumulation of small decline in the mouth.
When it comes to oral flail, you can see the following signs.
・I have a bad tongue
・The amount of rice is increased.
・I can't bite hard things
・My mouth is dry
Leaving this condition can lead to a decline in the whole body, but if you notice it early and deal appropriately, it will improve to a healthier condition.
For more information, please check the website of Kanagawa Prefecture (outside site).
To prevent oral frail

Healthy exercises
"Healthy exercises" are effective in preventing oral frail. I'm going to open my mouth and move my entire face. Let's speak out at this time. It is recommended to do it three times at a time.
