Consultation on mental health and mental illness

Mental health and welfare consultation

  • Date of implementation: Every Monday through Friday (excluding holidays, holidays, and New Year's holidays)
  • Reservation required telephone: 045-800-2446
        8:45 to 17:15 (except from 12:00 to 13:00)
  • Medical social workers are available for consultation on the treatment of mental illness, anxiety in life, problems, and the use of welfare services.

Psychiatry part-time physician consultation

  • Date of implementation: 4 times a month
  • Reservation required telephone: 045-800-2446
        8:45 to 17:15 (except from 12:00 to 13:00)
  • Specialists will be available for consultation on mental illness of yourself and your family and addiction such as alcohol.

Forgetfulness consultation

  • Date of implementation: Once a month
  • Reservation required telephone: 045-800-2434
  • Specialist will consult with you about forgetfulness, dementia, etc.

Lifestyle classroom

  • Date of implementation: every Thursday
  • It is a group of people who are treated for mental illness.
  • Programs include recreation, discussion, light exercise, etc. Many people participate for the purpose of expanding their lives and returning to society.

Alcohol and other addiction family classroom

  • Date of implementation: Wednesday, March 24, 2021  ※We will cancel on Wednesday, January 27 and Wednesday, February 24 due to departure from declaration of a state of emergency.
  • Flyer: Notice of Alcohol and Other Addiction Family Classroom in the second half of 2020 (PDF: 230KB)
  • It is intended for those who are worried about family members and nearby people having addiction problems such as alcohol.
  • Experts and parties involved in addiction treatment are invited as instructors to discuss the addiction, how to respond, and experiences of the parties.

Family classroom for families of those who are treating mental illness

  • Date of implementation: Three times a year (FY2020 was held in September, October, and November. It is scheduled to be held in 2021.
  • It is intended for families of people with mental illness.
  • Experts are invited as instructors to learn about mental illness, how to respond, introduction of available welfare services, and experiences of the recovered parties.
