I started living at Yakuzen due to my family and my poor physical condition, and realized the importance of food and health. Currently, he holds a cooking class that incorporates medicinal meals into Japanese food, and gives lectures, provides and supervises recipes.

State of the lecture

In the first lecture, we learned the basics of Yakuzen.
Yakuzen dishes are thought based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, so there are many difficult kanji and teachings, but since the instructor carefully taught me familiar ingredients and easy-to-understand explanations, I deepened my understanding.
He also taught me about the ingredients and seasonings that could be incorporated into the meal from today, which led to expectations for the second cooking training.

The 2nd cooking training “Seasonal curing spring medicinal dish”

The second cooking training was co-hosted with the district center where the cooking room is located.
At the beginning of the training, the instructor explained the menu and demonstrated it, and then divided into four groups and started cooking.
First of all, we decided on the sharing and procedure of each cooking, talked to each other, and it was a cooking practice while having fun and having fun.
After the food is completed, it's finally a real meal. While eating together, the lecturer answered and explained each question from the participants. .
This time, it was 3 hours to enjoy the fun of learning and connection with people, and to enjoy a delicious meal.
