About acceptance of boundary investigation (consignment method) application such as road waterways in 2025

We accept application of boundary investigation such as roads and waterways by trust method (public expense) of 2025 as follows.

Period From Thursday, March 27, 2025 to Thursday, April 10
(It will be from 9:00 to 12:00 and from 13:00 to 17:00 each day except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, but please contact us in advance so that the boundary survey receptionist will come when you are present.)
Method: Please fill in the required items (applicant's name: Address / Phone number, survey location, proxy/agent in case of proxy/agent) onPublic Works Office Izumi.
※Two or more applications by the same applicant are not allowed.
※At this time, it is not necessary to submit an application form for boundary surveys or a witness agreement registration form, etc. In addition, please bring your own road ledger area map, boundary survey map, local actual measurement map, etc.) (we will make a copy as necessary.) 。

Priorities will be determined by lottery for projects that have been provisionally accepted. The lottery will be open to the public, but there is no need to participate.

Target: Projects with priority 1.2 by lottery
Documents to be submitted: Complete set of boundary survey application (first style) such as roads and waterways

After the lottery date, it will be accepted at any time within the budget.

（2） A copy of the official map that shows the scope of the survey. In addition, your road ledger area map, boundary survey map, local actual measurement map, etc.)

※A witness agreement of all landowners (including co-owners) adjacent to the waterway to be surveyed is required.

• Due to budget constraints, this reception will initially be accepted two cases (up to priority No. 2).
• Please note that if this application cannot be accepted due to inadequate application documents, the following priority No. 3 or later may be advanced.
• Boundary survey work is performed according to the priority, but due to reasons such as the remaining budget or excessive survey scale, the order may be changed or implementation may not be possible.
• For those with priority No. 3 or later, we will notify you by October 31, 2025 if there is a possibility that additional measures can be taken. If there is no notice by this period, we will not respond using the consignment method (public expenses) for this fiscal year, and will not be transferred to the next fiscal year (2026). If you wish to continue the boundary survey using the consignment method (public expenditure), please refer to the guidance on the boundary survey using the consignment method (public expenditure) next year.
• Boundary surveys that can be completed within the fiscal year are targeted. As a general rule, those that have not been completed as of the end of March 2026 will be completed at that time.
