１．Overview of Health and Welfare Activities
The welfare and health activity base provides a place for citizens' voluntary welfare and health activities in the community, so that all citizens can support each other on a daily basis and live independently and safely when they are accustomed to living. It is a facility established to contribute to the realization of a community where people can continue living.
