Application for passport issuance
Please note that it is passport center and cannot apply for the application window at a city hall, the ward office.
Also, we will not be able to answer any questions about the application. For more information, please contact the Telephone Information Center (Phone: 045-222-0022).

※If you live in Yokohama, you can use either the headquarters (Yokohama) or the Centerminami.
※If it is deemed appropriate from the viewpoint of the convenience of the applicant, such as commuting to school or commuting, you can also use the passport center branch office, branch office, and business office in the prefecture outside the city.
