About rental of election equipment

　The Kanazawa Ward Election Commission lends election equipment to schools in the ward for the purpose of use in student council officers' elections. If you have any requests for borrowing, please contact us.

• You may not be able to borrow depending on the time and quantity, so please check in advance.
• We ask each school to transport equipment such as ballot boxes. Please come by a car that can be transported when you receive it.

1. Please fill out the borrowed form (word: 15KB) and submit it to Statistics and Elections Section by e-mail or fax.
2. Please come to Kanazawa Ward Office by car that can carry equipment on the day.
3. When you arrive at the ward office, please contact Statistics and Elections Section.
4. I'll bring the equipment to your car. We will check the equipment and quantity at the time of delivery.
5. After using the equipment, please return it within the loan period. Please contact Statistics and Elections Section by the day before the return date.
