Details of the case

The company where I work has a system in which the position is gradually increasing, but it has been more than 10 years since I joined the company with disabilities, but there is no sign that it will rise at all. Not only those who joined the company later, but also those who are doing the same job go up quickly. There is a point system, and the ratio is involved in retirement allowances and raises, so I feel very disadvantageous. Does this mean that you have to be patient because you joined the company in the disability frame?
I work at the same level as other people, regardless of disability. If you tell the company, you probably get away well. Please tell me where to appeal. The previous boss said that if you listen to what you say, you can take care of disability.

Regarding the case, what I wanted to do and what I thought would be better.
