Details of the case

When I got on the bus in a wheelchair, there was a word that it was annoying to other customers. The driver looks a little troublesome.

Regarding the case, what I wanted to do and what I thought would be better.

I wish the driver had spoken to the passengers around me.
Asked if there were any people in a hurry, and if they were, the next bus would be fine.
Also, it would be nice to have a mechanism that can be conveyed to the bus company. Tell the company the time you know in advance. I also tell the driver.
