Details of the case

When I asked the staff of the ward office about resident certificate, he took a rude attitude without considering knowing that he was deaf. He did not respond to writing, was spoken loudly, and personal information was released. I felt disgusted when I was stared by the people around me. At a later date, he protested about it, but without listening to this story, he only asserted his legitimacy and could not understand it. The other staff's response was also cold. If you go to the ward office after that, you will be treated badly.

Regarding the case, what I wanted to do and what I thought would be better.

I'm not far from hearing, so I wanted you to respond to sign language and writing. Also, don't talk about personal information in a place where others can understand it loudly. I wanted to ask people around me to respond so that they would not be asked. As there are various people with disabilities, I think it is better to spread the understanding of the disabled to the whole staff.
