Details of the case
I lost my disability certificate and went through the reissue procedure. The ward office contacted me over the phone saying, "I have a notebook." Even though I am a hearing-impaired person, it is lacking care to inform you by phone. At this time, my husband happened to be at home and received a phone call, so I was able to go for it.
Regarding the case, what I wanted to do and what I thought would be better.
Why can't I get a fax call from the ward office?
