Elderly Watching and safety confirmation Equipment Aid Project
In fiscal 2025, a new subsidy program for monitoring and safety confirmation equipment began.

1.Eligible users
・Those who live alone in Motoichi and are over 65 years old
・Those who do not use other monitoring services in Yokohama City
※What is the person who uses other watching services in Yokohama? Those who use the Anshin Denwa (emergency help call) Lending Business for Elderly People, those who live in Municipal Housing with sensors, those who use the Safety Net Housing Monitoring Service Aid Business, and those who have already applied for this business.
2.Usage Guide
Service details
For those who use the watching service registered in this project, we will support the monthly cost.
The subsidy is up to 1,000 yen per month.
How to apply
１） On the homepage or ward office window, select a service that suits the user.
２） The user or the contractor will contact the company that provides the service directly.
３） If you receive an explanation of the service content and meet your wishes, you will be contracted and use will start.
４） The monthly usage fee will start using the amount excluding the subsidy.
